We hope that our guests will feel that they are “Home from Home” in the various private cottages at Cathy's Place. Special units are allocated to family with children and baby sitting can be arranged.
Cathy's place is situated in a quiet peaceful suburb of Umhlanga, within a one minute walk from the heart of Umhlanga with its diverse selection of cuisine and pubs for entertainment.
Five minute walk from the picturesque Blue Flag beaches of Umhlanga Rocks. The promenade of Umhlanga is approximately 5 km long and is special attraction for joggers and walkers alike.
Cathy's place has been established for ten years, and is frequented by families and businessmen.

FACILITIES
Guests can relax in the restful atmosphere; enjoy a sun bed around the liquid blue swimming pool in a gardens setting. Each cottage has its own braai area for their personal use.
Breakfast are served from 7 – 9 am weekdays and 8am to 10am Saturday and Sunday. We can make earlier arrangements for businessmen. We have a special selected house blend for morning coffee and a selection of teas. We offer a continental breakfast of cereal; muesli; fruit; yoghurt; croissant; muffin as well as an English breakfast.
Rooms and cottages are serviced daily by friendly and efficient staff. Clean towels are provided for daily and beach towels are available on request. Bedroom in all units are equipped with air-conditioning units.
We also provide our guests access to our wireless internet cafe and offer various office facilities such as fax/copy/scan and email
