Friday Island is close to the Casino at Mykonos, as well as the Langebaan Country Club. We have a multipurpose venue facility, catering for niche conferences, 21st’s, weekend long 40th birthdays, wedding anniversaries, product launches and best of all, any function centred around you, in that you tick your preference blocks and we’ll complete, including teambuilding events, involving the ocean or the land and surrounds.

Accommodating up to 40 people, Friday Island is the perfect venue to host parties, weddings, business functions and team-building weekends. With our own little stretch of beach, you can’t get closer to the action. If it is fun you’re after, you are looking at the right place. With the Cape Sport Centre as our neighbour, we can organise training on all the watersports you desire, and our friendly staff can guide you on where to go in Langebaan for a variety of exciting activities. Friday Island charges different rates according to the season and room. Friday Island's in season is from 1 Dec to 15 Jan, mid season is from 16 Jan to 30 April and from 15 October to 30 November, low season is from 1 April to 14 October.
Nobody really needs an excuse on Friday and least of all to come and visit us, however if you do, We can offer you the premium venue for a myriad of activities of all ages and walks of life, who all share the ethos of carpe diem at your own pace. There’s no rush because you can’t get closer to the beach.
